Colts owner Jim Irsay apologizes for team’s failures, missing playoffs

Colts owner Jim Irsay took on the assessment of the franchise’s problems in a bit of an odd way, informing all Indianapolis fans in a video that the collapse of the last two games of the season Colts was not acceptable while standing next to an airplane.
