Bob Saget’s ex-girlfriend Juliet Angus, alumnus of “Ladies in London”, mourns the loss of her beloved television father.
The actor-comedian, best known for his role as single father Danny Tanner on the sitcom “Full House” and as the sarcastic host of “America’s Funniest Home Videos”, has died while on a stand-up tour. He was 65 years old.
Deputies in Orange County, Florida were called on Sunday about an “unconscious man” in a Ritz-Carlton hotel room in Orlando and found Saget dead, according to a statement from the sheriff on Twitter. Detectives found “no signs of criminal act or drug use in this case.”
Angus recently took to Instagram and wrote a sweet tribute after the star’s death. She wrote it next to a snapshot of her and Saget.

“You may be lucky to have good people in your life to help you become who you are,” the 46-year-old star captioned. “To make you better, for your next chapter, a best friend, wife, mother. Bob did it. May the angels be near your old friend and they laugh.”
“My thoughts to his wife, children, friends, family and their broken hearts,” Angus added.
Angus also shared several other photos of her and Saget on his Instagram Story. One of them also featured his “Full House” co-star Dave Coulier.
“I dated some big assholes in his twenties. He wasn’t one of them. A good man. [sic] soon, ”she wrote on a slide.

“You honor and remember those who have been kind and kind to you,” Angus added in another. “A great reminder of how fast and fast life goes.”
“A kind soul, young at heart, could make anyone laugh and one of the best friends you can have, he was loved and adored by everyone who met him,” she wrote in a other picture.
The former couple dated after Saget split from ex-wife Sherri Kramer in 1997. He and Kramer shared three daughters – Aubrey, 34, Lara, 32, and Jennifer, 29.
On an article in Story, Angus revealed that it was her 14-year-old husband, Gregor, who told her that Saget had passed away.

“When he was leaving for work he said, ‘I understand, he was a big part of your life in your twenties, it’s very sad – cry,'” she recalls. “And I said, ‘But, would you ever cry for one of your exes? He said ‘no, never, but I know Bob was different.’ “
“He walked through the door and I cried, maybe even more than one because it’s so sad,” Angus admitted. “And it’s good to be sad about an ex’s passing, especially if he wasn’t a hole, it’s something to celebrate. RIP Bob, thank you for never being a hole for me in my twenties. “
Saget then married Eat Travel Rock blogger Kelly Rizzo in 2018. They were together until her death.
On Monday, the 42-year-old made a statement to Fox News about the sudden loss of her spouse.

“All my heart. Bob was my absolute everything,” Rizzo wrote. “I am completely upset and in disbelief. I am so deeply touched by the outpouring of love and tribute from our friends, family, fans and peers.”
“When the time is right and this news isn’t so raw, I look forward to sharing more of Bob with the world,” the statement continued. “Share how much he meant to me, everyone around him, and how much all of his fans and friends meant to him too. Thank you for respecting my privacy at this time.”
At the time of his death, Saget was in Florida as part of his “I Don’t Do Negative Comedy Tour”. After warm receptions from the public at his concerts Friday in Orlando and Saturday at the resort town of Ponte Vedra Beach, he celebrated online.
“I’m back in comedy like I was when I was 26. Guess I’m finding my new voice and loving every moment,” Saget posted on Instagram on Saturday.

Saget played the spotlessly clean Patriarch in “Full House” from 1987 to 1995. He reprized his role for the Netflix reboot “Fuller House,” which ran from 2016 to 2020.
