Home and Away star Jodi Gordon and ex-boyfriend Sebastian Blackler agree to AVO

Home and Away actress Jodi Gordon and her ex-boyfriend, an investment banker, were banned from contact for two years.

Former Australian TV actress Jodi Gordon and her ex-boyfriend agreed to stop speaking for two years after their relationship broke down and a “physical altercation” allegedly took place.

Police requested that Apprehend Violence Orders (AVOs) be put in place to protect Ms. Gordon, 37, and Sebastian Blackler after an incident on April 3 at a bed and breakfast in Kurrajong Heights, 75km northwest of Sydney.

Blackler, 31, and the former Home and Away and Neighbors star did not appear when their cases were brought up in Windsor Local Court on Thursday.

Instead, their lawyers appeared via video link to tell Magistrate Leanne Robinson that the former couple had agreed to abide by AVOs that prevented them from contacting each other in any way for two years.

Gordon and Blackler must also not assault, intimidate, threaten, stalk, or harass each other, or damage each other’s property, according to the final AVOs that Justice Robinson enforced.

While Gordon and Blackler agreed to abide by AVO’s conditions, the court was told the pair would not admit to any allegations contained in court documents filed by police.

Gordon or Blackler have not been charged with any crime and no charges have been filed by police.

According to court documents obtained by The Australian, the AVOs were removed after Gordon reported a “physical altercation” while at the bed and breakfast.

In the documents, police allege the former Logie Neighbors and Home and Away-winning star was found with bruises to her eye and lip, along with lumps on her forehead.

Police alleged that Gordon was drunk and claimed that she “fell against the counter”.

The injuries “appear to be days old,” according to court documents.

Following the incident, Mr. Blackler was also found with swelling and bruising to his left eye.

“Blackler said that Gordon hit him with a wine bottle,” police said in court documents.

“Blackler was asked to provide a statement (but) refused.

“Police fear domestic assaults between the parties and that Gordon’s consumption of intoxicating liquor will exacerbate the violence…there is clearly domestic violence between the parties (but they) are reluctant to reveal how the injuries occurred.” “.

The incident comes as Gordon prepares to return to television in Nine’s new series of The Celebrity Apprentice.

It wasn’t the first time the police had been called in to intervene in Gordon and Blackler’s failing relationship.

In November 2020, police went to Gordon’s Double Bay apartment to investigate an allegation of domestic violence.

An interim AVO was removed to prevent Mr. Blackler from assaulting or threatening, stalking, harassing or intimidating Gordon.

It expired at the end of 2021 and no charges were filed.

The couple reportedly broke up in May of last year, but they are understood to have reconnected in late February of this year.

After her first split with Blackler in 2021, Gordon dated Sydney businessman Aidan Walsh.

That relationship ended in December 2021, just a few months after she announced that they were an item on the social media debut.

Gordon was previously married to former NRL star and Fox Sports host Braith Anasta between 2005 and 2010.

In 2009, while dating Channel 7 CEO Ryan Stokes, she was found huddled in cyclist Mark Judge’s bedroom after Stokes filed a missing person report.

The pair reportedly told police they were being chased by outlaw bikers.

Police were unable to find any attackers, and Stokes and Gordon parted ways after the incident.
