Europe prepared for Russia to cut gas supply

The director of the International Energy Agency is warning European countries to prepare for contingencies in case Russia completely shuts off gas supplies to the continent during the winter months.  Several countries have reported receiving significantly less Russian gas than expected in recent weeks.  Russian officials say the drop in supply is not deliberate and blame technical problems.
