Deaths reported in Slovyansk school and housing strike

At least three people were killed and six others injured after an attack hit a school and residential buildings in the Donetsk Oblast city of Slovyansk during the night of May 30-31, local authorities said. The images published by the head of the Donetsk military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, show damage to buildings in the northern part of the city, on Yaroslava Mudroho street. Kyrylenko said a school and at least seven multi-story buildings were attacked. Ukraine’s armed forces said Tuesday that Russian forces in Donetsk Oblast were focused on establishing control over the city of Severodonetsk, about 60 kilometers east of Slovyansk.
